New Community Centre Plans

The above are our plans for the DCC. We’ve outlined a phased approach where we build each section independently to best spread our budget and allows for future expansion of the facilities.

The project will include:

  • Construction of new buildings
  • Renovation of existing structures
  • Installation of utilities and infrastructure
  • Furnishing and equipment
  • Landscaping and outdoor facilities

Infrastructure Improvements

The entire property has been fenced with ClearVu fencing, generously donated by a close supporter, and a new signboard has been erected, marking a new chapter in the DCC’s growth.

Donation-Dependent Operations

The operations of the DCC are entirely donation-dependent and almost all of the equipment at the DCC has been donated over the years by members of the Dullstroom community, the Mackenzie Foundation and friends of the Mackenzie family. This includes all the computers, television, sewing machines, art materials, desks and technical equipment.
